The curved infinity pool features a swim up bar with built in under-water concrete bar stools and is covered by a freestanding palapa covering the outside entertainment bar making this a perfect exterior lounging area.


Concrete construction makes up the bulk of the approximately 10.000 square feet of living space while being softened by contrasting indigenous wood doors and windows and intricate inlaid stonework throughout along with 3 central palapa thatch roof features. The imposing 30ft high main wooden palapa houses the great room, while open, extravagant and modern, is a uniquely warm and comfortable living space allowing for unobstructed spectacular panoramic vistas of both ocean and mountains.
